Advocating For Change
The Future Care Project is an independent organisation tackling the childcare crisis in regional, rural and remote Australia - not by accepting the problem, but by building the evidence base that proves it.
Founded by Ange, a mum and business owner based in Goondiwindi, the project was born from a fundamental discovery: that the national datasets used to plan and fund childcare measure the services that exist, not the families who can't access them. Through community surveys, service mapping and co-design workshops, The Future Care Project works directly with local communities to capture unmet need and develop locally driven care solutions that are built to last.
